Can I submit group applications for family members?

At present, Indonesia’s official e-VOA system does not offer a group or family application option. This means that each traveler must apply for an e-VOA individually, regardless of whether they are traveling together as a family. Parents, children, and other dependents are all required to hold their own approved e-VOA before entering Indonesia.

Each e-VOA application is processed separately by Indonesian immigration and must include:

  • An individual application form with the traveler’s personal and passport details
  • A separate payment for each applicant
  • A unique email address to receive the approved e-VOA and its corresponding QR code for immigration clearance

Creating a personal account on the official e-VOA portal is optional. Applicants may choose to submit their application either by registering an account or by applying as a guest. In both cases, the visa outcome and QR code will be sent directly to the email address provided in the application.

Although family applications cannot be submitted as a single group, the process can still be managed efficiently. Families are advised to prepare all required documents in advance—such as passports, digital photos, and travel details—and then submit each application one by one. This approach helps ensure accuracy, reduces processing issues, and allows family members to travel together without unnecessary delays.
