A colored scanned copy of the approval letter will be sent to you by email, so please make sure that you have provided us with the correct email address.

Most of the countries, you have to use visa for air tracel only. But with Turkey eVisa, you can use it for any ports of entry(airports/sea ports and boarder). and Cambodia evisa, you can use it for 3 boarders (Cham Yeam,Poi Pet,Bavet)
We advised that you should print out the eVisa/Visa approval letter before departing because airlines will ask you to show it when check in for your flight. And at the arrival ports, the officer will ask you to show it again to get stamped on your passport.
The children still need the visa to travel to any country if they are holding a separate passport.
