How long is the Laos eVisa for Italian citizens valid for?

The Laos e-Visa is valid for 60 days from the date of acceptance for Italian nationals. This implies you can enter Laos within 60 days after receiving your e-Visa approval. You can stay in Laos for up to 30 days after entering the country.

If you need to stay in Laos for more than 30 days, you can apply to the Immigration Department in Vientiane for an extension of your e-Visa.

The Laos eVisa is a relatively new visa, and it is only available to citizens of certain countries. Italian citizens are one of the countries that are eligible for the Laos eVisa.

You can apply for a Laos eVisa online at the Global Visa Services website.

Here are the requirements for applying for a Laos eVisa for Italian citizens:

  • Italian passport valid for at least 6 months after the date of entry in Laos.
  • 1 passport-sized photograph that meets e-visa photo requirements.
  • An up-to-date email address to which the approved Laos eVisa will be issued.
  • A valid credit or debit card is required to pay the visa fee using the online secure payment system.
