Can I cancel my Laos eVisa application and get a refund?

You can request a cancellation of your Laos eVisa application and receive a refund, but only under certain circumstances. If you decide to cancel your application before it is submitted for processing, you can request a refund by sending an email to the customer support team. However, please note that a cancellation fee may apply. If the visa application has already been processed or approved by the government, no refund will be given.

In addition, Global Visa Services disclaims all liability for any visas issued wrongly, denied entrance owing to mismatched visa information, and any resulting losses. Even though we make every attempt to fix any visa issues prior to departure, no refund will be issued by us in the event that incorrect or erroneous information was provided at the time of application.

Please be aware that owing to banking regulations, the refund process could take 2 to 4 weeks. The bank fees would be deducted from the refund amount, whether the refund was sent to a bank account or a credit card account.
