About Laos eVisa

The Laotian government formally introduced the electronic travel authorization program, known as E-Visa Laos, in July 2019. The Laos Electronic Visa system was introduced to streamline and simplify the visa application process, offering a user-friendly online platform for travelers.

Citizens from eligible countries can apply online for their eVisa Laos for short-term purposes and will enjoy the following benefits:

• Duration of stay: 30 consecutive days
• Validity of visa: 60 days from the date of issue
• Purpose of visit: Tourism and Leisure
• Number of entries: Single entry

You can select one of the following options to meet your travel needs and budget:

• Normal: This service ensures you will have your eVisa within 03 business days.
• Urgent: A higher level of service that guarantees you will get your eVisa within 48 hours.
• Super Urgent: The highest level of service, guaranteeing the delivery of your eVisa within 24 working hours.

For a smooth application experience, it is recommended that travelers submit their eVisa applications at least one week prior to their planned travel date. However, it is important to remember that not all nations are eligible for this type of visa.
