About Zambia eVisa

In 2014, the Zambian government implemented eVisas as a convenient method for obtaining the required visa for entry into the country for various purposes, including tourism and business. By obtaining this type of eVisa, tourists can travel more easily without going to the Embassy. You only need to apply using electronic devices connected to the internet. 

At the moment, Zambia eVisa has 04 types of eVisa, which are called:

1. Zambia Tourist e-visa: This type of visa is for tourism purposes and the three kinds of electronic tourist visas for Zambia, which are available in 3 distinct categories:
   • 30 days: single entry; 
   • 30 days: double entry; 
   • 90 days: multiple entries.
2. Zambia Business e-visa: Those applying for a Zambian business e-visa must have plans to conduct commercial activities there. Business eVisas for Zambia are available in three distinct categories:
   • Single entry: 30 days; 
   • Double entry: 30 days; 
   • Multiple entries: 90 days.
3. Zambia Transit e-visa
   • Travelers must have a Zambia Transit e-visa to enter Zambia via land. This single-entry visa, which has a maximum validity of seven days, is the best method to ensure that your trip goes as planned. 
4. KAZA UNIVISA

   Zambia provides the KAZA UNIVISA electronic visa for stays up to 90 days.

We've created an efficient online platform aimed at simplifying the visa application procedure, significantly reducing the time and effort needed compared to acquiring a traditional visa. Travelers can select from three processing options for their eVisa:

• Normal: The application will be processed within 3 business days.
• Urgent: Processing time is approximately 24 business hours.
• SuperUrgent: This accelerated process will be completed within 5 business hours.

To ensure a seamless application process, we recommend that travelers apply for an eVisa at least one week in advance. It's crucial to note that not all nationalities qualify for this type of visa.
