Refund Policy

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS FOR VISA SERVICE

All refund requests have to send to us within 5 hours, from date/time order success. After that time, your visa services order is non-refundable.

After GlobalVisa send the visa for your order, you cannot request for refund any more. Once an approved visa has been sent to your email address, we will be unable to reimburse you the visa fee.

It is imperative that you supply us with all the correct information required for your requested visa at the time of your intended departure. GlobalVisacorp.com cannot be held responsible for any visa granted incorrectly or refused entry due to incorrect visa information and any losses incurred. Though every effort will be made on our part to correct any visa issues prior to departure, no refund will be given by us in the event of false or incorrect information being supplied at the time of submission. We strongly recommend that you check your visa confirmation letter against your passport and personal information prior to departure.

The refund amount would be worked out on the basis of cancellation policy as described above and the money would be accordingly refunded to the person who has made the payment to us.

Please note that the refund process may take 2 - 4 weeks due to banking procedures. If the refund is made to the credit card account OR to Bank account, the bank charges would be debited from the refund amount.

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS FOR AIRPORT FAST TRACK

1. Cancellations

Airport fast track services can be cancelled up to 24 hours before the arrival date. The prepaid amount, charged at the moment of confirmation, will be credited back on the same credit card used for the payment.

2. Refundable

Money Back Guarantee if we don't provide services for clients.

3. Non-refundable

We will not refund in case the clients provide the wrong information about flight number, time of arrival, the arrival date, etc.

No refund for any cancellation request received with less than a 72 hour notice from the beginning of the rental.

No refund if customers arrive with more delay than 30 minutes with the time that customer provided.

1. Cancellations

Car pick-up services can be cancelled up to 72 hours before the agreed pick up date and time. The prepaid amount, charged at the moment of confirmation, will be credited back on the same credit card used for the payment.

2. Refundable

Money Back Guarantee if we don't provide services for clients.

3. Non-refundable

We will not refund in case the clients provide the wrong information about flight number, time of arrival, the arrival date, hotel address.

No refund for any cancellation request received with less than a 72 hour notice from the beginning of the rental.

No refund if customers arrive with more delay than 30 minutes with the time that customer provided.
